With the introduction of Blender 2.5, we are very excited to be one of the first to offer a complete, introductory, video training bundle to the Blender community. Not only will this bundle make the transition from previous versions of Blender to Blender 2.5 (Eventually 2.6) easier, but it also will give the new user the boost they need to get up to speed quickly.

THERE IS A WHOLE LOT OF LEARNING TO BE HAD
With the dramatic changes coming to Blender 2.5, everything from the beautiful new interface to custom key maps, there is a lot of information to get your head around. Having treaded the waters of Blender training for the past year, we at CG Cookie strive to give you the very best. Instructor Jonathan Williamson will introduce you to blender 2.5 and walk you through how to use it through our 7 unique training series.
We decided to break up the training into their individual series to allow more focus on these individual sections, while giving the advance users the opportunity to pick and choose the sections you are interested in learning. Or if you are looking for the total blender 2.5 introduction, then pre-ordering the full subscription is recommended.

About the Author:
Jonathan Williamson
Born in Kansas on January 12th, 1989, has been dabbling in art ever since he could hold a crayon. He was always sketching but when he turned 14 and discovered 3D things became serious. Since 2003 he has been completely immersed in the digital arts and has never looked back. For the last four years his focus has been character modelling and design. He also actively works to pass on the skills he's learned by producing training materials for his software of choice, blender.
Jonathan has been very active in the blender community over the years: he helped organize and present two blender conferences in Montreal, one blender conference in New York, and returned two consecutive years to North Carolina to teach alongside fellow Blender-artists at a Summer camp for junior-high students hosted by Red Hat Linux. He has also been featured in two publications on Blender.
Currently Jonathan is working as a full-time freelancer as the head of Montage Studio, actively producing training materials and working on freelance work.
